8-hour package:

Friday or Sunday: $3,500

Saturday: $4,000

Security Deposit: $750

Additional hours: $400/hr

Event Insurance (Gather Guard) is required and must be purchased directly by the client.
Amenities included with the rental: Exclusive use of Waverly Mansion, gated gardens, reception tent (with draping, chandeliers and perimeter fans) and an assortment of tables and chairs (white resin/ceremony and gold chiavari).
This package also includes a complementary 1-hr rehearsal offered Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm.
Rental hours must include the time needed for all vendors to set-up, breakdown and remove all personal belongings from our venue. A standard 8-hr package includes 2hrs for set-up, 5 hours for ceremony/reception and 1 hour for breakdown.
